At LBowers RMT, I prioritize evidence-informed techniques to help clients alleviate musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitate physical injuries. My treatment approach includes deep tissue therapeutic massage, sports injury massage and fascial modalities including cupping therapy.

I conduct an orthopedic assessment with each new patient to customize a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. With patients experiencing new or worsening injuries, I will develop a program to address acute issues, promote healing and prevent future injury through hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and self-managed home care approaches

Equestrian Wellness:

I am devoted to supporting fellow equestrians optimize their abilities in and out of the saddle. I work with you to develop an individualized wellness program to help riders of all disciplines and riding abilities.
